But Amy Winehouse certainly would not have been mistaken for a Bond girl today after stepping out of the recording studio looking worryingly thin.
The troubled singer's legs were so skinny that a tendon could clearly be seen bulging out of her right thigh.

And it shows Miss Winehouse, 24, whose looks have been ravaged by drugs, is struggling to get back into to shape since her meltdown late last year following the arrest of her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
Since the New Year, after several visits to rehab, the Back To Black star appears to have endured more than her fair share of physical problems.
Late last month it emerged the award-winning singer was suffering from the bacterial skin infection impetigo after she stepped out of a kebab shop with spots and scabs on her wrinkled cheeks, chin and nose.
Today, as she left a recording studio in northern England where she and producer Mark Ronson are putting the Bond track together, her face appeared to have mostly recovered and the scars on her arms seemed to have healed.

But friends fear her increasingly frail condition is a sign that her drinking and drug taking is once again spiralling out of control.
True to form, Miss Winehouse, who wore a grey knee-length skirt, mulberry-coloured vest skirt and her trademark beehive hairdo, marched straight across the road and straight into a nearby pub.
One source said: "She is showing all the signs that she has not yet kicked her habits.
"She's clearly not eating very much and I don't think I've seen any fruit or vegetables pass her lips.
"It's no wonder she looks in such a desperate state."

Miss Winehouse's 25-year-old husband is on remand in Pentonville Prison awaiting trial on charges of GBH and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
It has been reported that after Fielder-Civil was put in solitary confinement recently they both started self harming again.
"It is like some kind of pact to show how much they love each other," another source added.
Miss Winehouse's agent was not available for comment.
